Clear Edge^® offers a wide range of services of retrofits and modernization of filter presses that are at the cutting edge of design and performance.

We deal with retrofits of filter plate packs, extending the filtration area, replacing cast iron plates by polypropylene filter plates and replacing chamber plate packs by mixed, membrane-chamber filter plate packs. We supply full plate packs or single plates as spare parts.

We deliver membrane and chamber pp filter plates for all types of filter presses and replace the existing membrane filter plates by modern membrane filter plates with pp membranes.

We also offer retrofits of membrane plate packs equipped with EPDM membranes.

Amongst the benefits of this unique Clear Edge^® product is that our membrane filter plates can be manufactured in “empty chamber” design as well, a construction preventing the damage of a membrane even when the chambers of filter press are under-filled or empty during operation.
